Evidence

Every card links to official issuer sources and carries an explicit check date. We prefer current product-specific terms over old articles. We record conflicts rather than averaging them away. A check date does not guarantee a term has not changed since.

Calculation

The calculator repeats individual monthly purchases for a year, applies supported earning rules and period caps, and subtracts a membership fee with 18% GST. It uses conservative eligibility for reward and waiver spending; unsupported categories earn zero. See the full assumptions beside the calculator.

Review policy

Recommended editorial process: recheck at least monthly and whenever an issuer announces a change. This is a manual process, not an automated monitoring promise. Keep source URLs, effective dates, conflicts and regression tests with each data update.

Before applying

Check latest issuer terms, all fees, interest, eligible locations and your repayment capacity. A higher reward rate does not justify extra spending. Only the issuer can decide approval and limits.
